Council Director, Bernadette Madigan-Dugan

Bernie a native of Windsor, England came to Lexington in 1980 to attend the University of Kentucky on a Track and Field Scholarship. Upon completing a B.A. in Education Bernie chose the field of coaching Track and Field on a Collegiate level at Marshall University, Furman University, University of Kentucky and Transylvania Unversity.

Bernie currently works at John's Run Walk shop and coaches High school runners and runners within the Community of Lexington.
